Pre-Assembled offsite for speed of build

Providing all of the performance benefits, testing, certification and manufacturer's warranty as Thruwall (subject to installing as specified and recommended), our PAF systems also offer significant gains in terms of speed of build. Arriving onsite as a pre-assembled frame, with Siniat Weather Defence sheathing board already fixed, PAF is ready to be fitted to the existing primary structure - accelerating programme times by around 30%. PAF also offers a higher level of Pre-Manufactured Value (PMV) for schemes where this is a key consideration.

Design Service

Our technical experts work with you to design the optimal specification for your project, taking account of the fire and acoustic resistance, and mechanical strength performance requirements of the external wall. Our comprehensive design service also includes a full digital drawing and 3D model package, in BIM ready software, as well as a hard copy project pack.

Precision Manufacturing

As supplied is as designed. Our stud and track components are translated from our design software directly into our manufacturing software, so that all elements are manufactured precisely to measure - virtually eliminating additional onsite work, waste and cost. Our ISO 9001 accredited quality assurance processes ensure that this happens in controlled conditions, time after time.

Site Management

We can help you to manage and organise your site effectively. To save you time, our PAF systems are labelled, colour coded and arrive with drawings to indicate where in the building the specific frame should be fixed. This also ensures full traceability. Additionally, we can help with delivery scheduling, so you can plan your job accordingly.

Site Support

Our site support technicians are all thoroughly trained in our SFS systems and how to install them correctly. As part of our service, we can arrange site visits to support you with installation advice and recommendations, and prepare reports for you based on our visits.
