Advancing Sustainable Living with CITU
Remagin was proud to partner with sustainable housing provider CITU on our second project in the Climate Innovation District in Leeds. Situated just 5 minutes from the Remagin Leeds Manufacturing Facility, the V22 development comprises an impressive 8-storey Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) structure, a 2-storey transfer structure, and 87 thoughtfully designed apartments. As a trailblazer in sustainable living, Leeds-based CITU is redefining housing standards across Yorkshire and beyond. Partnering with such a forward-thinking developer—one that shares our commitment to designing for the future and challenging conventional sustainability practices—has been transformative for the Remagin team.
Innovation & Collaboration
The success of Phase 2 stemmed from the seamless collaboration between Remagin and CITU. By leveraging innovative construction methods, we supplied 2D panels prefitted with windows and EPDM, enabling a faster on-site build process and enhancing efficiency.
